Region: Pauillac, Bordeaux, France

Viticulture: HVE Level 3-certified sustainable farming. The 105-hectare vineyard lies on deep, free-draining Garonne gravel south and southwest of Pauillac. Cabernet Sauvignon dominates, complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The vineyard is divided into around 200 sub-parcels and managed according to soil, exposure, vine condition and maturity. Hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard. 

Winemaking: Destemmed and sorted again at the cellar before gravity-fed transfer to small, temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Sub-parcels are vinified separately, with gentle pump-overs and extraction adapted to each lot. Aged for around 18 months in French oak, generally with 60–75% new barrels depending on the vintage.

Le Château Lynch-Bages, un domaine de renom classé Cinquième Cru à Pauillac, Bordeaux, remonte au XVIe siècle. Géré par la famille Lynch d'Irlande au XVIIIe siècle, il a été repris par Jean-Charles Cazes dans les années 1930, marquant un changement significatif de qualité. Le vignoble de 100 hectares, principalement planté de Cabernet Sauvignon, produit des vins réputés pour leur puissance, leur concentration et leur potentiel de vieillissement. Le domaine produit également un vin blanc distinctif de Bordeaux, le Blanc de Lynch-Bages.
