Domaine Roland Lavantureux, established in 1978 in Chablis, France, is renowned for its Chardonnay. Managed by brothers Arnaud and David Lavantureux, the vineyard uses sustainable Lutte Raisonnée farming. Their wines, known for a fleshy core, dynamic acidity, and saline finish, include Grand Cru and Premier Cru varieties, blending traditional wood élevage with modern techniques.
