At Amelie World, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth process for eligible returns and refunds.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Opened wine bottles
- Used wine glasses or decanters
- Personalized or custom-made products
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
3. How to Return
