Domaine du Bouchot, established in the 1980s in Pouilly-sur-Loire, France, was the first in the region to achieve organic (2009) and biodynamic (2020) certification. Managed by Antoine Gouffier, the estate produces vibrant, minimal intervention wines primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, reflecting intense minerality from its Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils.
