Viticulture: Certified organic farming. Hand-harvested Nebbiolo from the estate’s 1.2-hectare Borgese parcel within the Albesani MGA in Neive. Southwest-facing at 210–240 metres, with vines aged between 30 and 70 years on limestone-rich clay and silt soils.
Winemaking: Indigenous-yeast fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Aged in large traditional oak casks, followed by 6–12 months in bottle before release.
Piero Busso, based in Neive, Piedmont, specializes in traditionally crafted wines since 1953.
