Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged entirely in French oak. Traditional secondary fermentation followed by around 24–30 months on the lees in bottle. bottled Extra Brut.
La Closerie, established by Jérôme Prévost in Gueux, France, is renowned for its Pinot Meunier-focused Champagnes. Prévost's approach emphasizes terroir expression through single-vintage and minimal intervention winemaking.
Les Béguines, the estate's only vineyard site, is cultivated organically, with indigenous yeast fermentations and aging in mixed-age oak barrels. Known for its complexity and cult following, La Closerie's production includes the notable Les Béguines and a rare rosé.
