Viticulture: Biodynamic farming. Four east-facing parcels totalling 1.45 hectares, situated mid-slope on iron-rich red clay and limestone. Soils are worked by horse and the grapes are hand harvested. 

Winemaking: Whole bunches ferment naturally in wooden vats without pumping. Aged for 15–18 months in 228-litre French oak barrels, around 15% new. Generally bottled unfined and unfiltered.
