Ferme de la Sansonnière was founded in 1990 by Mark Angeli in Anjou, Loire Valley, and is run biodynamically. On 7.5 hectares, it produces characterful, terroir-driven wines – most notably the Chenin Blanc “La Lune.” The estate rejects AOC classifications and follows a minimal-intervention approach. Today, it is run by Mark Angeli together with his son Martial and winemaker Bruno Ciofi.
