Founded and directed by François Petit & Justine Boxler (Petit-Boxler), La Rogerie is a bi-regional project rooted in Avize Grand Cru and in Justine’s Alsatian heritage. Farming is organic with horse ploughing and massale-selection old vines; winemaking is low-intervention with reserve wines held in foudre for a réserve perpétuelle approach that highlights chalk-driven precision and finesse. Collaboration ties exist with the Justin Boxler family estate in Alsace, but La Rogerie’s Champagne operations are led by François and Justine.
