Blend:  Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier 

Region: Champagne, France

Viticulture: Respectful soil management focused on expressing individual terroirs. Fruit from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon, with Chardonnay from Avize and Oiry. Hand harvested and rigorously sorted. 

Winemaking: Vinified and aged on the lees in old oak foudres and demi-muids, with bâtonnage and full malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. Traditional secondary fermentation with an Extra Brut dosage of 1.5 g/L.

Founded in 1798, Jacquesson, now led by the Pinault family since 2022, is famed for its singular vintage approach and organic cultivation in Dizy, near Epernay. Their champagnes, sourced from premier Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages, are lauded for their distinct elegance and minerality.
