Pierre-Henri Rougeot, a notable winemaker in Meursault, Burgundy, champions organic and biodynamic practices at Domaine Rougeot, established in the 1970s. Taking over in 2010, he received organic certification in 2020 and is known for minimal intervention winemaking, producing low sulfur wines. His distinct labels represent wines with and without added SO2. Rougeot's Pinot Noirs and Bourgogne Blancs are acclaimed for their authentic expression of the Burgundy terroir.
