Domaine Guichard, established in 2022 in Knonau, Switzerland, marks the culmination of Valentin's journey through the wine world. Trained in Burgundy and experienced in biodynamic vineyards, Valentin brings a unique perspective to winemaking. The one-hectare vineyard, nestled on the Uttenberg, grows Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, Cabernet Dorsat, Saint-Laurent, and Dornfelder, focusing on organic cultivation and phytotherapeutic practices. The estate aims for minimal intervention, letting nature shape the character of their wines.
