Now in its fourth generation, Thomas Barbichon oversees a 9-hectare vineyard that's been organically certified since 2010 and adopted biodynamic practices with the Demeter label in 2012. With 18 south-facing plots across two municipalities and vines averaging 35 years, their meticulous cultivation yields an annual production of about 37,000 bottles.
