Founded by Sylvain Cathiard and now led by his son Sébastien, the estate focuses on sustainable practices, avoiding herbicides and maintaining low yields for concentrated Pinot Noir. In the cellar, Sébastien employs native yeasts and oak aging, with a varying proportion of new barrels by cuvée.
