Champagne Salon was founded in the early 20th century by Eugène-Aimé Salon, who believed in the uniqueness of a pure Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Since the first vintage in 1921, only 37 vintages have been produced – a testament to the exceptional exclusivity of this Champagne.
