Viticulture: Traditionally farmed family vineyard in Confin, near Vittorio Veneto. The estate follows the natural growing cycle and harvests the grapes by hand into small crates.
Winemaking: Whole grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle without dosage. The wine remains unfiltered on its lees, with the yeast sediment retained in the bottle in the traditional col fondo style.
Casa Lot is a small boutique project with Swiss roots and vineyards in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the historic heart of Prosecco Superiore. Founded by the Lot family after acquiring and restoring an old farmhouse in Confin, the estate focuses on sparkling wines that aim to show a personal expression of Prosecco.
The wines carry the ease expected from the region, but with a drier, more refined register: fine bubbles, orchard fruit, floral detail and a clean mineral line. Casa Lot remains small in scale, but it gives Prosecco a more artisanal and qualitative expression.
