Pierre-Olivier Garcia, a winemaker in Burgundy, France, established his domaine in Nuits-St-Georges in 2016. He specializes in Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Aligoté, and is known for his deep understanding of the region's terroir. Garcia uses a unique, labor-intensive 'baie par baie' method, hand-selecting grapes for highly perfumed, detailed wines.
