Domaine Guichard, established in 2022 in Knonau, Switzerland, marks the culmination of Valentin's journey through the wine world. Trained in Burgundy and

experienced in biodynamic vineyards, Valentin brings a unique perspective to winemaking. The one-hectare vineyard, nestled on the Uttenberg, grows Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, Cabernet Dorsat, Saint-Laurent, and Dornfelder, focusing on organic cultivation and phytotherapeutic practices. The estate aims for minimal intervention, letting nature shape the character of their wines.

Champagne Jacquesson

📍Champagne, France

Founded in 1798, Jacquesson has been led by the Pinault family since 2022. Located in Dizy, near Epernay, the winery is renowned for its unique focus on vintage champagnes and commitment to organic cultivation. Their vineyards, situated in prestigious Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages, produce wines celebrated for their refined elegance and pronounced minerality.
