Viticulture: Certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Chardonnay from the mid-slope Les Barillers parcel in Vertus. Soil cultivation, massal-selection vines, controlled yields and hand harvesting at full maturity.

Winemaking: Gently pressed and lightly settled. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels and Stockinger foudres. Aged for one year on the lees without fining or filtration, followed by at least six years on the lees in bottle. Brut Nature with 0 g/L dosage.

Larmandier-Bernier, gegründet 1971 von Philippe Larmandier und Elisabeth Bernier, ist bekannt für seine nachhaltigen, biodynamisch angebauten Champagner aus Vertus, Frankreich. Seit 1988 wird das Weingut von ihrem Sohn Pierre geleitet und konzentriert sich auf eine Weinherstellung mit geringem Eingriff, wobei der Terroir durch minimale Dosierung in ihren überwiegend auf Chardonnay basierenden Weinen betont wird.
