Viticulture: Certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Chardonnay from the mid-slope Les Barillers parcel in Vertus. Soil cultivation, massal-selection vines, controlled yields and hand harvesting at full maturity.

Winemaking: Gently pressed and lightly settled. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels and Stockinger foudres. Aged for one year on the lees without fining or filtration, followed by at least six years on the lees in bottle. Brut Nature with 0 g/L dosage.

Larmandier-Bernier, fondé en 1971 par Philippe Larmandier et Elisabeth Bernier, est célèbre pour ses champagnes durables et biodynamiques provenant de Vertus, en France. Géré par leur fils Pierre depuis 1988, le domaine se concentre sur la vinification à faible intervention, mettant en avant le terroir grâce à une dosage minimal dans ses vins principalement à base de Chardonnay.
