Joseph Colin, fils du vigneron renommé Marc Colin et frère cadet de Pierre-Yves Colin, est issu d’une famille viticole distinguée en Bourgogne. Il a commencé à travailler au domaine familial, le Domaine Marc Colin, en 1993. Après le départ de son frère Pierre-Yves en 2003, Joseph a repris la direction de l’exploitation familiale aux côtés de ses frères et sœurs cadets.

There are grapes that announce themselves immediately. Sauvignon Blanc often does. Riesling often does. Even Pinot Grigio, in its simplest form, tends to make its intentions clear from the first sip. Chardonnay is different. Chardonnay does not begin with a fixed aroma or a single obvious identity. It begins with possibility.
