Colonnade**

📍Lucerne, Switzerland

The Restaurant, specializing in modern French and seasonal cuisine at the Mandarin Oriental, has retained its Michelin 1-star status since 2022. In collaboration with CMS Advanced Sommelier Moritz Dresing, our wineries—including Jamet, Campalto, and Garcia—are featured among the 700 wine references. We have proudly been among the select wine suppliers since August 2023.

Einstein** 

📍St. Gallen, Switzerland

A creative moderne kitchen, collaborates with sommelier Loris Lenzo. The Restaurant secured two Michelin stars in 2019 and Falstaff's Best Wine Menu of 2024. Featuring over 3,000 wine references, including our wines from Campalto, Confuron-Gindre and Garcia. The establishment has been a loyal client since 2019 both for glasses and wines.

Igniv**

📍Bad Ragaz, Switzerland

At the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, Igniv has held 2 Michelin stars since 2020. Sommelier Lorenz Tesar curates a Burgundy-focused wine list with over 800 selections. We’ve partnered with Igniv since 2019, supplying glassware and, since June 2024, wines from Dominio del Aguila. We expect to hear a lot more from Lorenz in the future as he is pursuing a wine career.

Magdalena** 

📍Rickenbach, Switzerland

The vegetarian restaurant is known for its modern and seasonal cuisine and has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2022. The wine list focuses on natural and biodynamic wines, curated by Greta Burzywoda, who was named Young Sommelier of the Year 2025. We have been working with the restaurant since August 2024, collaborating to curate selection of wines, including names such as Jean-Luc Jamet, Dominio Aguila, Cesare Bussolo, and Bordelet.

Memories***

📍Bad Ragaz, Switzerland

Opened in 2019 in Bad Ragaz, Memories earned 3 Michelin stars in 2023. Led by sommelier Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin and Sebastian Stichter, the wine list focuses on natural and biodynamic wines, perfectly complementing the creative, market-driven cuisine. Since February 2024, we have been supplying the restaurant with select wines, including Campalto and Garcia.

Gupf*

📍Rehetobel, Switzerland

Led by chef Christian Kressbach and Sommelier of the Year 2022 Stefan Schacher, is renowned for its local cuisine and extraordinary wine cellar. With a Michelin Star since 2011, Gupf specializes in traditional and classic cuisine, focusing on Swiss wines and classics from Bordeaux and Burgundy. Since January 2024, we’ve proudly started to supply  to their wine list which consists of more than 3000 positions. 

Igniv** 

📍Zurich, Switzerland

The restaurant in the city is one of the few 2-Michelin-star establishments. Sommelier Ines Triebenbacher loves fresh wines, perfectly suited to the sharing concept. The wine list, with over 500 references, includes wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Switzerland, featuring renowned producers like Jamet and Stella di Campalto from us since July 2024. 

Mammertsberg**

📍Freidorf, Switzerland

The Restaurant was awarded 2 Michelin stars in 2023. Under the guidance of Giuseppe Lo Vasco, who was honored as Sommelier of the Year in 2024, the restaurant offers creative, modern cuisine. The wine list focuses on European wines, with an emphasis on classic regions like Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Champagne. Since December 2023, we have been partners with the restaurant, supplying rare wines.

Orsini*

📍Zurich, Switzerland

Restaurant Orsini at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy in Zurich, with roots dating back to 1838, offers Italian and contemporary cuisine. The wine list focuses on Italian wines, complementing the Mediterranean dishes. Since February 2024, we have been supplying selected wines from Campalto, Bussolo, and Jamet to enhance the exclusive wine selection.

Skin's – the Restaurant**

📍Lenzburg, Switzerland

The Restaurant was awarded 2 Michelin stars in 2023. Under the guidance of Basil Schneider, who is the Sommelier, the restaurant offers creative, modern cuisine. The wine list focuses on international wines, with an emphasis on nature-driven and terroir-expressive. Since May 2023, we have been partners with the restaurant, supplying wines as Jean-Luc Jamet and Dominic del Aguila.

Schloss Schauenstein***

📍Fürstenau, Switzerland

The Restaurant was awarded 3 Michelin stars in 2010. Under the guidance of Luca Marzullo, who is the Sommelier, the restaurant offers Modern design and vibrant menus. The focus of its wine list is on a selection of exquisite, international wines. Since September 2024, we have been partners with Schloss Schauenstein, supplying wines as Domaine Tessier, Confuron-Gindre and Dominio del Aguila.

Restaurant Wöschi*

📍Zurich, Switzerland

The Wöschi Restaurant in Zurich was awarded its first Michelin star in 2023 and captivates guests with a cuisine marked by finesse and precision at the highest level. Led by host Stephanie, the restaurant seamlessly combines modern design with meticulous culinary sophistication. Since October 2024, we have partnered with Wöschi to elevate with wines.

Brasserie Süd

📍Zurich, Switzerland

Brasserie Süd in Zurich offers a refined seasonal and international cuisine within a stylish brasserie ambiance. The restaurant is celebrated for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern culinary creativity. The wine list emphasizes a curated selection of French and Swiss wines, with carefully chosen options available by the glass. Since October 2024, we have proudly partnered with Brasserie Süd Christoph Pichler and Clemens Merk.

The Grand Dolder

📍Zurich, Switzerland

The Dolder Grand in Zurich is a 5-star hotel known for its fine dining restaurant, led by Chef Heiko Nieder, with 2 Michelin stars.. Sommelière Katharina Sarrot manages a wine selection of over 800 labels, focusing on rare and exclusive options. Since November 2024, we have been supplying rental glassware to The Dolder Grand, coordinated through our contact, Daniela.

Wine Shops

Martel

📍Zurich, Switzerland

Founded in 1876 and led by Jan Martel, Martel is one of Switzerland’s most historic wine shops, celebrated for its exceptional selection, including prestigious wineries like DRC and Leflaive. With a tradition of importing American wines since the 1940s, Martel began selling Grassl Glass in 2021, when they started purchasing our glassware to enhance their offerings.

Carl Studer

📍Lucerne, Switzerland

The wine shop, founded in 1948 and family-run by Carl Studer, is known for its carefully curated portfolio, including American wines and niche domaines like Clos La Néore and Richard Leroy. In late 2023, they began purchasing Grassl Glass from us and have since been selling the glasses in their store.

Weinstein

📍St. Gallen, Switzerland

The wine shop, led by Daniel Rechsteiner, was founded in 2012 and is known for its selection of very old Bordeaux vintages, making it a must-stop for anyone seeking aged wines. Weinstein was the first shop in Switzerland to offer Grassl Glass. Since 2019, we are proudly supplying glasses and wine accessories to complement their selection.

Cave de Reverolle

📍Lausanne, Switzerland

Founded in 1977 and renowned for prestigious wines from August Clape and Thierry Allemand, the shop, led by François Gauthier, has earned an excellent reputation among the gastronomy community in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Since 2019, we have been proudly with our glassware and some accessories. 

Grains Nobles

📍Ticino, Switzerland

Founded in 2007, Grains Nobles has earned a stellar reputation for its selection of champagnes including some standouts In their portfolio - Selosse and Prevost. This wine importer has become a key supplier of champagnes to major restaurants across the country. Since July 2024, we started to supply our glassware to complement their sparkling wine offerings.

Atlglas

📍Bern, Switzerland

Founded in 2020, the company is led by friends Simon Hess and Agripino, who both have a background in fine dining. With their passion for unique wines, they work closely with up-and-coming Champagne producers like Gaspar Brochet. Since the beginning in 2020, they have been loyal customers of Grassl Glass and Amelie, reflecting their commitment to quality.

Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

📍Bad Ragaz, Switzerland 

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a 5-star hotel, is home to 8 restaurants, 4 bars, and a café, each offering an exceptional dining experience. Under the management of Patrick Vogler, the resort places a strong emphasis on its wine selection, expertly curated by Daniel Kis. Opened in 1869, the Grand Hotel quickly attracted nobility, artists, and intellectuals, all drawn by its healing waters and serene surroundings. The resort’s rich tradition as a spa and wellness destination is complemented by its deep connection to fine wines, which play a significant role in shaping the guest experience.

Mandarin Oriental Palace

📍Lucerne, Switzerland

The 5-star hotel boasts an impressive selection of dining options, including four restaurants—Quai 10, Minamo, Colonnade, and Mosern Bar & Brasserie—and one bar. Moritz Dresing oversees the wine purchasing, ensuring a carefully curated selection that complements the hotel. The building itself, which first opened its doors in 1906, stands as a testament to the hotel’s long-standing history, adding a layer of historical significance to its prestigious reputation.

Mandarin Oriental Savoy

📍Zürich, Switzerland

The 5-star hotel presents an elegant array of dining options, featuring two distinguished restaurants—Orsini and Savoy Brasserie & Bar—and two stylish bars, the Mandarin Lounge and the 1838 Rooftop Bar. Matteo takes charge of the wine selection. Led by Bastian Becker, the hotel seamlessly combines heritage with modern luxury. The building, dating back to 1838, is one of Zurich’s oldest grand hotels, enriching the hotel’s reputation with a deep sense of history.
