The vineyards of the winery cover 6 hectares on the Ottenberg and are cultivated in accordance with Bio Suisse guidelines. The focus is on the Pinot Noir grape variety, from which various wines such as “No 3” and “No 5” are produced. In addition, white wines are produced from Riesling-Silvaner, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.

The philosophy of Schlossgut Bachtobel is based on sustainable and quality-oriented viticulture. Through biodynamic cultivation of the vineyards and careful ageing of the wines in the cellar, the estate strives to authentically reflect the characteristics of the terroir and grape varieties.
