Blend: Chardonnay 

Region: Champagne Grand Cru, Oger, Côte des Blancs, France

Viticulture: Biodynamically influenced farming. Old-vine Chardonnay from the east-facing Blaise lieu-dit in Oger, on shallow chalk- and limestone-rich soils at mid-slope. Hand harvested. 

Winemaking: Fermented and aged in oak barrels, followed by traditional secondary fermentation and extended lees ageing in bottle. Disgorged with an Extra Brut dosage of around 1.5 g/L.
