Blend: Chardonnay 

Region: Champagne Grand Cru, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Côte des Blancs, France

Viticulture: Biodynamically farmed Chardonnay from the east-facing Chétillons de Haut parcel, high on the slope in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Deep chalk soils, low yields and hand harvesting. 

Winemaking: Fermented and matured in French oak barrels, around one-third new. Traditional secondary fermentation and extended lees ageing in bottle. Disgorged with an Extra Brut dosage of around 1 g/L.
