Simon Maye & Fils is a traditional winery located in Valais, Switzerland, founded in 1948 by Simon Maye. Today, it is run by his sons, Axel and Jean-François Maye, who carry on their father's legacy and have developed the estate into one of Switzerland's most sought-after top producers.
The winery cultivates approximately 11.5 hectares of vineyards on the alluvial cone of Chamoson and the slopes of Ardon. It is renowned for its varietal-specific wines, grown in the best locations suited to each grape variety. Particularly noteworthy are the Syrah Vieilles Vignes, celebrated as a dense, finely spiced, and mineral-driven masterpiece, and the Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes, which impresses with its precise, elegant, and varietally true aromas.
