Launched in the mid-2000s in the Valais Alps (first harvest 2005), Mythopia is a biodiversity-driven project that treats the vineyard as a self-sustaining ecosystem. Terraces between ~700–900 m host Fendant (Chasselas), Pinot Noir and other heirloom varieties; more than sixty butterfly species have been recorded—living proof of the site’s ecological health. In the cellar, wines are made entirely from grapes and air, resting several years in old, neutral oak and bottled unfiltered. The result is singular, clean, structured wines that marry intensity with precision. While Mythopia has expanded with projects in Occitans (South of France) and Andalusia, Valais remains its beating heart
