Viticulture: Organically farmed vineyards in La Morra, including the south-east-facing Boiolo area. No chemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides. Low yields and hand harvesting.

Winemaking: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for around 21 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 24 months in French oak barriques, around 20% new, followed by further bottle ageing.
