Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is, alongside Domaine Raveneau,  the crown jewel of Chablis, long regarded as a benchmark for the region’s most classical expression of Chardonnay. Based in Chablis and today run by Vincent Dauvissat with the next generation increasingly involved, the domaine works some of the appellation’s finest sites, including premiers crus such as La Forest and Vaillons, as well as the grand crus Les Clos and Les Preuses. The wines are known for their tension, depth and unmistakable mineral character, combining the austerity of Chablis with a richness and remarkable capacity to age.
