Viticulture: Certified organic farming. 100% Nebbiolo from younger vines in Neive. Southwest-facing vineyards at 180–200 metres on richer clay-sandy soils. Guyot trained. 

Winemaking: Temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless-steel tanks at 28–30°C. Aged in large oak casks, followed by further ageing in bottle.
