Bottle Size: 750ml

Blend: 60–65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33–38% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. 

Region: Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux, France

Viticulture: In conversion to organic farming. 55 year old vines planted on deep gravel dominates the plateau and southern slopes, while Merlot is concentrated on eastern clay-limestone soils. The vineyard includes clay, marl and limestone beneath its gravel terraces and is managed parcel by parcel. 

Winemaking: The grapes and wine are moved entirely by gravity without pumping. Parcels are vinified separately in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel vats with gentle extraction. Aged for around 14 months in 50% new lightly toasted barrels.

Son vignoble de 67 hectares, situé sur une colline caillouteuse à Saint-Estèphe, reflète son terroir unique. L'architecture distincte de la propriété, inspirée des voyages du fondateur en Inde, présente des pagodes et des motifs exotiques, symbolisant son riche patrimoine et son esprit innovant.
