Viticulture: Biodynamic farming, with certification underway. A 1.4-hectare blend of six parcels in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet. Most vineyard work is carried out manually to limit soil compaction. Hand harvested.

Winemaking: Grapes are either lightly crushed or directly pressed depending on ripeness. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 16 months in 228-, 300- and 500-litre French oak barrels, around 10% new.

Domaine Benoît Moreau, fondé en 2020 par Benoît Moreau à Chassagne-Montrachet, en Bourgogne, s'étend sur 4 hectares et se concentre sur le Chardonnay et le Pinot Noir. Benoît emploie des pratiques biodynamiques et des techniques d'intervention minimale pour exprimer vivement le terroir. Son premier millésime sous sa propre étiquette a été salué pour sa vitalité et sa complexité.
