Winemaking: Fermented in stainless-steel tanks with full malolactic fermentation and no oak. Traditional secondary fermentation followed by at least eight years on the lees in bottle. Dosage varies from 3-10g/L .
Dom Pérignon is one of Champagne’s most famous names, produced by Moët & Chandon and made only as a vintage wine. Named after the Benedictine monk Dom Pierre Pérignon, it has come to represent a polished, carefully composed idea of prestige Champagne: not tied to a single village or vineyard, but to the balance and character of a given year.
The style is built around harmony rather than force. Chardonnay brings line, freshness and lift, while Pinot Noir adds depth, structure and breadth.
