Viticulture: Certified organic farming with biodynamic principles. The core comes from very old Mourvèdre in the Courrieux vineyard, including vines planted in 1909. Galets roulés over clay, sand and limestone.
Winemaking: Destemmed grapes undergo a brief cold maceration followed by indigenous-yeast fermentation in truncated-cone wooden vats, with regular punch-downs and gentle extraction. Aged for around 12 months in used oak foudres.
Château de Beaucastel, renowned for its Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines, showcases all 13 grape varieties in its blends. Owned by the Perrin family since 1909, this Rhône Valley estate practices biodynamic agriculture across 100 hectares, emphasizing respect for land and tradition. Their wines epitomize elegance, freshness, and the rich diversity of the region's terroir.
