Viticulture: Parcel in Prémeaux-Prissey, directly beside Comte Liger-Belair’s 1er Cru holding. Organically farmed with a strong focus on biodiversity, cover crops and soil health. Hand harvested and carefully sorted. 

Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts using one-third whole bunches, one-third baie-par-baie berries and one-third destemmed fruit, with a short cold maceration and gentle extraction. Aged for 12 months in old oak.
