Region: Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, France

Viticulture: Sustainable traditional farming with controlled yields. Hand-harvested Chardonnay from the mid-slope Les Perrières vineyard, on shallow, stony and limestone-rich soils with strong drainage.

Winemaking: Pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation and 12 months of élevage in French oak barrels, with around 20% new oak. Aged for a further six months in stainless steel before light filtration and bottling.
