Viticulture: Biodynamic farming. A 1.17-hectare parcel at around 1,200 metres in Navatalgordo, forming the lower section of El Tamboril. Vines over 75 years old on white, sandy decomposed granite rich in quartz. Hand harvested.

Winemaking: Whole bunches ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by around two months of gentle maceration without aggressive extraction. Aged for approximately 16 months in large oak foudres and concrete vats, with no new-oak influence.

Comando G, 2008 von Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi und Fernando García gegründet, konzentriert sich auf alte Garnacha-Reben in der Sierra de Gredos, Spanien. Sie produzieren biodynamische, terroirbetonte Weine aus hochgelegenen Weinbergen (600–1.200 m) mit Granit- und Schieferböden. Zu den Highlights zählen „La Bruja de Rozas“ und Einzellagen-Cuvées. Minimaler Eingriff betont den einzigartigen Charakter der Region.
