Viticulture: Tiny 1.89-hectare Premier Cru on the northern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges, with clay and pebbles over limestone bedrock. Garcia produces only around one barrel per vintage from the site and works with sustainably farmed fruit and a strong focus on vineyard biodiversity. 

Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts using whole bunches and gentle infusion-style extraction. Aged for around 12 months in barrel before racking to tank.

Garcia utilise une méthode unique et exigeante appelée 'baie par baie', sélectionnant manuellement les raisins pour des vins très parfumés et détaillés.
