Blend: 50% Merlot - 50% Cabernet Franc 

Region: Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux, France

Viticulture: Certified organic from the 2024 vintage. Hand-harvested Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the limestone plateau above Saint-Émilion. The vineyard is planted to 62% Merlot and 38% Cabernet Franc on porous asteriated limestone crossed by water-retaining clay fissures. Horse-drawn cultivation is used to limit soil compaction. 

Winemaking: Parcels are vinified separately in temperature-controlled, conical stainless-steel vats filled by gravity. Extraction centres on gentle manual pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats and barrels. Aged for 16–18 months in French oak, generally with around 45–50% new barrels and a small proportion of larger oak casks.

Situé au sud-ouest de la ville de Saint-Émilion, son vignoble s'étend sur 18 hectares à travers un terroir unique, où un plateau calcaire rencontre des pentes argileuses et limoneuses, ce qui en fait un domaine remarquable pour ses vignes exceptionnelles de Merlot et de Cabernet Franc.
