Blend: Near-equal proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, completed by Petit Verdot.

Region: Margaux, Bordeaux, France

Viticulture: Certified organic and biodynamic farming. The 66-hectare vineyard is planted on deep gravel terraces interspersed with clay, sand and gravelly-clay soils. Parcels are managed individually, with animal integration, cover crops, agroforestry and hand harvesting used to support soil life and vineyard diversity. 

Winemaking: Parcels are vinified separately in temperature-controlled vats. Fermentation is initiated with indigenous-yeast starters prepared at the estate, allowing lower sulphur use. Extraction is adapted to each lot. Aged for 20–22 months in French oak, generally with 50–70% new barrels depending on the vintage.
