Piedmont, Italy
Cesare Bussolo, born and raised in La Morra in the heart of the Barolo region, graduated from the viticulture school in Alba in 1998. Since 2007, he has been working as an oenologist for Roberto Voerzio, one of the most renowned producers in Piedmont.

Burgundy, France
Pierre-Olivier Garcia is a talented winemaker from Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy, France. In 2016, he founded the Domaine Moron-Garcia winery together with his childhood friend Mathieu Moron.

Champagne, France
Champagne Jacquesson is one of the oldest yet most innovative houses in the Champagne region. Founded in 1798 by Memmie Jacquesson, the house boasts a rich history marked by numerous accolades and pioneering achievements.

Alsace, France
The Domaine Albert Boxler was established in 1673 in Niedermorschwihr, Alsace, and has remained in family ownership ever since. After World War II, Albert Boxler returned from Montana, USA, and in 1946 began bottling the estate’s wines himself.

Montalcino, Italy
The Stella di Campalto winery, officially known as Podere San Giuseppe, was originally established by Stella's grandfather. However, it had been abandoned since the 1940s, comprising 15 hectares.

Rhone, France
Le Vieux Donjon was founded in 1979 by Lucien and Marie-José Michel, whose families already owned vineyards in the region. Through their marriage, they combined their family parcels.

Champagne, France
The Domaine Confuron-Gindre was founded in 1989 by François Confuron and is located in Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Since 2014, he has been supported by his son Édouard.

The Domaine Jean-Luc Jamet was established in 2013 when Jean-Luc Jamet decided to forge his own path after decades of working alongside his brother Jean-Paul at the family estate, Domaine Jamet.

The Domaine Guichard was founded in 2022 by Valentin Guichard and siblings Linn and Björn Thorsteinsen. Valentin Guichard, born in 1990, completed his training in Burgundy.

Nadine and Cédric Besson-Strasser met during their oenology studies in Changins and took over the family estate in Uhwiesen, in the Zurich wine region near the Rhine Falls, in 2005.

The Weingut zur Linde in Linn, Aargau, is run by Michel Jaussi. In 2002, he took over the historic building, which was originally built in 1903 and previously served as a village restaurant.

Loire, France
The Domaine du Bouchot was founded in 1987 by Rachel and Pascal Kerbiquet in Saint-Andelain, at the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation.

Normandy, France
Eric Bordelet is a prominent figure in the world of cider production and brought a breath of fresh air to this centuries-old tradition when he returned to Normandy in 1992.

Valais, Switzerland
Simon Maye & Fils is a traditional winery located in Valais, Switzerland, founded in 1948 by Simon Maye. Today, it's run by his sons, Axel and Jean-François Maye, who carry on their father's legacy.

Thurgau, Switzerland
Michael Broger, born in 1970 in Thurgau, developed a passion for gastronomy early in life. He established his own winery in 2003 on the Ottenberg, above Boltshausen.

Tuscany, Italy
Cerbaiona was founded in 1977 by Diego Molinari, a former Alitalia pilot, and his wife Nora. They acquired the historic 17th-century estate and began planting vineyards.

The Domaine Roland Lavantureux is a renowned winery located in Lignorelles, a small village in the Chablis region of northern Burgundy. Today, the estate is run by brothers Arnaud and David.

Ribera del Duero, Spain
Dominio del Águila is a family-run winery located in La Aguilera, a small village in the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. It was founded in 2010 by Jorge Monzón and his partner Isabel Rodero.

Théo Dancer, son of renowned winemaker Vincent Dancer, grew up in Chassagne-Montrachet and gained early experience in viticulture. Since 2020, he has been responsible for winemaking at the family estate and has also launched his own projects.

Édouard Confuron, son of François Confuron-Gindre, comes from a winemaking family with roots dating back to the 17th century. After working at the family estate Confuron-Gindre in Vosne-Romanée, he founded his own winery, Domaine Édouard Confuron, in 2021.

The Schlossgut Bachtobel in Weinfelden, Canton Thurgau, has been owned by the Kesselring family since 1784. It is currently run by Johannes Meier, the eighth generation.

Fromm Winery is located in the village of Malans in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. It is currently run by Georg Fromm, who leads the family estate with extensive experience and dedication.

Gert Crum (1948–2024) was a renowned Dutch wine writer and journalist, widely regarded as one of the leading experts on Burgundy and Champagne. Originally trained as a sociologist and briefly working as a university lecturer, he soon turned to his true passion: wine. For over 35 years, he travelled extensively through wine regions around the world, with a particular focus on French wines—especially those from Burgundy and Champagne.

Jasper Morris MW is one of the world’s leading authorities on Burgundy wines. Born in 1957 in Hampshire, England, he studied Modern History at the University of Oxford. After graduating, he chose not to pursue a legal career and instead dedicated himself to his passion for wine. In 1981, he founded the import company Morris & Verdin, which specialized in Burgundy wines. In 1985, he earned the prestigious title of "Master of Wine."

Laurent Gotti is a renowned French wine journalist, author, and cartographer who has been deeply engaged with the terroirs of Burgundy for over two decades. His career began in 1997, reporting on the famous wine auction of the Hospices de Beaune—an event that sparked his lasting interest in the world of wine.

Alessandro Masnaghetti is a prominent figure in the world of wine, renowned for his detailed maps and comprehensive analyses of Italy’s wine regions. Originally trained as a nuclear technician, he found his way into the wine world through his passion for gastronomy and cartography.

Sepia Art & Cartographie is a French company based in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, specializing in the creation of high-quality wine region maps. It was founded in the early 1980s by Jacques Michot, a photographer and photogravure artist who combined his passion for art and wine with technical expertise.

With a refined nose and a deep passion for sensory education, Jean Lenoir revolutionized the world of wine aromas in the 1980s. Today, his brand Éditions Jean Lenoir is internationally recognized for producing high-quality aroma kits that train the sense of smell and deepen the understanding of wine.

Jane Anson is an internationally recognized wine writer and one of the leading experts on Bordeaux wines. She has lived in Bordeaux since 2003 and spent nearly two decades as the region’s correspondent for Decanter magazine.
